We're here when you need to talk

Welcome to Plymouth Counselling Service

Counselling and Personal Development Services in Plymouth and throughout South Devon

Is Counselling For Me?

Many of us have times in our lives when we feel confused, unable to cope or simply have questions that we need answers to – talking to a counsellor may help if you are going through such a time. Plymouth Counselling sessions will enable you to explore difficulties or problems with a person who will listen with sensitivity, acceptance and have a good understanding of your unique situation and needs. This work will aim to address the underlying causes of emotions or pain and help you to enhance your wellbeing, forming a new understanding of your issues and yourself.
